What is the best way to get deadlands treasure maps?

From what I tin tell maps drop from treasure chests, thieves troaves and sometimes boss monster(?)

I've opened plenty of chests and thieves troaves in the deadlands and in other zone yet I haven't gotten a single treasure map for the deadlands still. Is information technology just bad luck or is there a better way?

That is how you get them, they merely are not mutual drops.

I simply picked one up in a main breast in Vvardenfell, since the Daedric war celebration is going on, I spend a lot of time farming & looting chests for purple coffers

the real question is.. is it worth keeping or selling? can't believe how much these maps get for correct now!! 😳 it'southward a risk for sure

The more zones they add, the harder it will be to obtain specific zones' maps. It's just RNG, I don't recall there's anything that gives a higher percentage of one zone's maps over another. At to the lowest degree non that I'one thousand aware of.

That's a proficient point - I've gotten plenty of maps simply they're all in other zones haha. Best I've gotten and then far is Blackwood maps only it really is tedious looking for chests and thieves troves when the drop rate/rng is so low.

Simply FYI you don't have to become them in the Deadlands, I picked up 2 on the day of release from other random locations (no idea where only I know I didn't become to Deadlands until after I got maps as I only went to look for them)

It's all RNG. I haven't gotten one however, and I've opened a few dozen Deadlands chests and troves and killed a LOT of bosses. Hundreds of total chests.

I've gotten deadlands treasure maps from rewards from doing my daily writs. Gotten 3 of them and so far.

Are Deadlands maps expensive or something ?
